Wally began his career in lending in 1969 in the consumer finance field and more specifically in real estate lending in 1973.  With a varied background in real estate lending, including management,  origination and underwriting, and in the Savings & Loan business, Commercial Banks and both Mortgage Banker and Mortgage Broker fields, Wally has the experience to guide you through the mortgage process.

A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Wally has now been a resident of the Valley for 19 years.  Wally and his wife of 39 years, Ninfa, live in the northeast section of Phoenix near Kierland and the Scottsdale Airpark.  A daughter Kim and grandson Nathan live in Glendale near the new Cardinals football stadium.  A son Jason and daughter-in-law, Michele recently moved into their newly built home in Georgetown, Texas, a suburb of Austin.  Besides three year old Ryan, a new grandson, Brendan was born in February 2007.

Besides golfing and traveling, Wally stays active by playing baseball in the local Men’s Senior Baseball League and traveling to several regional and National tournaments each year.  Wally managed a local team to the National Championship in Phoenix in 2003.
